How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Non-refundable items

Some promotional fares, third-party event tickets, and travel insurance premiums are non-refundable. These are always clearly marked before you confirm your booking.

Weather and force majeure

If your trip is disrupted by events outside anyone's control — severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions — we will work with our partners to rebook you or issue a full credit wherever possible.
