Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Wander Travel Co. when you use our website and book a trip. Last updated June 2026.
1. Using our service
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. You agree to provide accurate information for yourself and any travelers in your party, and to keep your account credentials secure.
2. Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes and fees displayed at checkout.
Payment is taken according to the schedule shown at booking. Some deposits and promotional fares are non-refundable, as noted before you confirm.
3. Changes and cancellations
Most trips can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Full details, including refund timelines and non-refundable items, are set out in our Cancellation Policy.
4. Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, visas, and any vaccinations required for your destination. Wander is not liable for costs arising from missing or invalid documentation.
5. Limitation of liability
We act as an intermediary between you and travel providers. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party hotels, airlines, or operators, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of San Diego County.
